The Indians baseball & Lady Indians softball teams were in action on Monday night and came away with two different results. The Indians took on one of the best teams in East Tennessee and it showed losing by the score of (15-6) for the Indians the season is over but it was a great season to build off of finishing second in the district tournament and should be favored to finish 1st or 2nd in the new 7-AA district next spring by doing that they advanced to the region tournament for the first time in several years.

The Lady Indians will move on to play at Chattanooga Christian on Wednesday thanks to a (5-2) win over Meigs County tonight. CCS won (1-0) over Sweetwater in there Reg. 3AA game. The Lady Indians have played CCS twice this season splitting the games by winning early in the reguler season at CCS (3-2) and losing in the District 6-AA Championship by a score of (5-3).
