The Sequatchie County Indians hosted the Baylor Red Raiders yesterday afternoon in a spring scrimmage and the Indians looked good overall running and throwing the ball. The Indians defense appeared to be slightly ahead of the offense by picking off by my count three interceptions and all most getting a couple more. The offense still managed to put up 2 touchdowns to 0 during varsity action while the JV tied (1-1) with a score called back by an illegal motion call.
The Indians second annual Purple & Gold Game is scheduled for Saturday May 23 at Noon!
