The Whitwell Tigers come in to this weeks game after having an extra week off to prepare for the game. The Tigers last hit the field on August 29th losing at home in a very ugly game to Grundy County by a score of 7-6. The Tigers only win came in week 0 also at home facing Scottsboro Christian Academy of Alabama by a score of 50-6.

Whitwell is coached by former Marion County head coach and Sequatchie Co . assistant Tim Taylor (26-19 record) in his first year with the Tigers.
